A song...

Here is a song that Karissa, Aunt Tami and I made a up when we were at the Portland Rainmakers tourney. It was dedicated to my Grandma Dot, who took us all up there! Oh, and if you can't tell, we copied the tune of 'Jesus Take the Wheel'....

We were driving last Thursday on our way to Rainmakers in the stuffy big old van,

Every other hour we were stoppin for a potty break and another snack,

After 2oo miles we arrived at the hotel,

It been a long hard drive,

There was lots of competition with Jodi and Grandma,

Running all around,

Pretty soon we were sittin at a big old restaurant,

We saw food piled before our eyes,

The food was allot,

We had no money,

We flung our speeches in the air,

Grandma take, the bill, take it from our hands,

Cause we can't afford this on our own,

And we wanna let it go, so buy one more thing,

Save us from this tournament,

Grandma take the bill!

We were not able to make up a second verse... but, it was fun! You probably would have to have one of us sing it, because... you just probably would:D

I wrote this song for my mom for mothers day last year. And like all the other one's it sound's a lot better when someone/me is singing it. You sorta have to know the tune. Maybe I'll video me singing it and put it on Google video. Ok, got to run. God bless:)

I was pulling out of my driveway one night and an accident happened,

It sound's a lot better when you know how the tune is. I guess the only way you will ever hear it is if Emma and I sing it to you some day. Emma had made up the first part and when she was singing it for me I just jumped in and made up the chorus. After I sang it I said, "I don't remember what I just sang." Them Emma said," I do!!!." And... here is the song. Emma and I have made up a lot of songs (not together, this was our first one). We sang this at the 4th of July Talent Show. Well, God bless. :)
